The Stage 2 DBPR requires that systems complete their standard monitoring or system specific study by the dates specified in 141.600 (c)(1). Systems may choose to conduct their monitoring early for various reasons. If monitoring for compliance with the IDSE is not conducted according to the system's approved standard monitoring plan or system specific study plan, the system is required to include an explanation of any deviations from the approved plan in its IDSE report. Therefore, EPA recommends that systems check with their EPA or State point of contact to check that their plan is approved before proceeding with monitoring.
