Beginning in the CCR due by July 1, 2002, a system that detects arsenic above 0.005 mg/L and up to and including 0.010 mg/L must include a short informational statement about arsenic in its report. The system may use the suggested language listed in 40 CFR 141.154(b)(1), or it may write its own educational statement, but only in consultation with its primacy agency (40 CFR 141.154(b)).
